Wake Me Up For Christmas Lyrics — Shayna Leigh

Wake me when it's Christmas

Hey my little drummer boy
Are you coming home for xmas
Don't know where the summers go
Never thought I'd miss you this much

So I'm sleepin through fall
Skipping it all until the day appears
This year
I'm staying tucked in
I'd rather just dream of you until you're here

So wake me when it's Xmas

Wake me when it's Xmas

Hey my little drummer boy
You're my one and only reason
I'm all set snuggled in my bed
Til we're ringing in the season

So I'm shutting my eyes
Lettin months fly until december's due
It's true
The waiting's alright
The 25TH night I'll get the gift of you

So wake me when it's Xmas

So wake me when it's Xmas

And over and over I'll hit the snooze bar
Til the day, til the day

And over and over I'll dream that you are
Here to wake
Here to wake me

So I'm sleepin through fall
Skipping it all until the day appears

Wake me when it's Xmas

Wake me when it's Xmas
