Zara has openly shared that the song is not about romantic love but about a profound familial bond. The lyrics describe sacrifice, unwavering loyalty, and the kind of love that is all-encompassing.

[Verse 1]

In the first verse, Zara begins by stating that she doesn't need time to decide because her love for her sister is certain. The words "Hear my pain, can you hear my prayer?" suggest a deeper, almost spiritual connection, emphasizing the emotional weight of their relationship.

[Pre-Chorus]

The pre-chorus reflects Zara's willingness to follow her sister through both darkness and light, showing her commitment regardless of whether things are "wrong" or "right." This part of the song conveys how Zara is prepared to pay any price and make sacrifices for her sister, reinforcing the depth of her dedication.

[Chorus]

The chorus repeats the phrase "On my love," underscoring the central theme of the song: everything Zara does for her sister is grounded in love. The repetitive nature of the line "I put that on my love" emphasizes the unbreakable and unconditional nature of her devotion.

[Verse 2]

In the second verse, Zara highlights how her sister is an inescapable part of her life, describing her as "the fire to my warm embrace." This metaphor of warmth and comfort strengthens the idea that her sister is a crucial source of emotional support.

[Chorus and Drop]
