Young life and Starting of Career
Juice WRLD, real name Jarad Anthony Higgins (born Dec. 2, 1998), was a rapper and singer from Chicago who played Juana Mann of rock's blurred future with his emotive genre-blending music - drawing influence from Nascar Aloe to Biggie Smalls. The inspiration for his stage name is Tupac Shakur's role in the 1992 film Juice. While in high school, Juice WRLD - who started making music and uploaded it to SoundCloud where the Chicagoan built a local following for his distinctive style of merging elements from emo and rap sonics with rueful meditations on substance abuse recorded as an escape at Alexandria's grandmother house outside of Chicago.
Breakthrough and Rise to Fame
One was the 2018 single "Lucid Dreams," which helped break Juice WRLD.
