Year Of Tranquility

Christmas in our memory is the very common way to please the whole family – this is of what writers and creators of such films are aware. Usually it is Christmas premieres, which become the most paid back ones, but the studio cherishes something for us, something ‘sweet’. Many expected that this year is going to be a time for the cartoon film ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’, but the latest data about taken aback news that the premiere would be postponed, and according to all information, to a whole year. But this is not the only thing we have to say, there is enough news related to this premiere, for example, with regard to voice actors…

A familiar voice

The main actor who is busy voicing characters (directly Grinch) became a famous Hollywood stage master Benedict Cumberbatch. We do not have the opportunity to reveal the rest participants and do not actually think it is important: Benedict has the main role. Judging the things that were described, the main plot won't be changed absolutely, while the fans simply relieved. A previous attempt to make Grinch was not canonical, as usual, and that is the reason why it was a failure. Now we expect the adventures of all the same green creature and his well-known story, created by talented writers and no less talented director. Any exact reasons why the movie was postponed were not specified, and this is not the reason to be particularly worried: this year already is saturated with premieres, and the vacant place of a Christmas gift for sure will not remain idle.

Audience applause

Once viewers have calm down of joyful surprise to learn the fact about the Grinch's appearance, which was detailed at the beginning, discussions began on if this adaptation was the well idea in the first place. Writers consciously increased the audience, invited as a voice actor a character like Cumberbatch, as he will lead an army of his fans to the movie, but the motion picture was made for a different purpose. It considered as the creation of original movie for the whole family. As was already mentioned, the release was delayed, and we hope the creators will use this time to carefully work on the film and make up important details. 2018 promises to give us an unforgettable Christmas with the good taste of fairy tale with a happy ending, it remains only to spend time before the release not in vain and stock up on warm milk and fresh crispy cookies with cinnamon.
