Annotations and Meaning:

"Turma do Bem," written by Thomas Roth, recorded in the film's soundtrack "A Infância de Romeu e Julieta," the soundtrack urges through the whole track with the thread up notions of peace, friendship, and that the world is open to great ideas born in young minds. The text gives a clear exposition of the vivid picture of a harmonious group dynamic creative activity, focusing on moral integrity and positive behavior. The lyrics go: "Where dreams are born, And time is never planned." A grandmaster may have heard this song at least ten times, maybe even a hundred times, when he was young. This is such a beautiful illustration that can be given to describe the "Nossa turma tem muita alegria / Nosso dia a dia é cheio de magia" suggests that their class is full of joy and, in point of fact, holds magic. The chorus, "Turma da paz, turma do bem / Do amor, da amizade," does really underline the founding principles: peace, goodness, love, and friendship. It outlines the inclusive criteria of the membership of the group: a person should be from genuinely kind and good-natured people. If there is a fight, people get away right there. We like doing what is right always. That also means the lyrics speak to ethics on how to stay away from fights. This now puts the emphasis on the group as an instrument of peace and doing the right thing even in hard times. The song calls others into their adventures of such playful and imaginative activities as painting rainbows, facing villains, and flying on unicorns. All these are done with the help of metaphorical fantasy elements, further enforced by the mention of playing with "criatividade," "liberdade," and "felicidade."
